Information involved

• Buyers: name, shipping and billing details, e-mail address, any phone number given, and items purchased.
• People who write in: the content of contact messages.
• Visitors: pages seen, general region and device, measured using Matomo on servers we run ourselves, with no advertising partners involved.
• Cookies: these support the cart and checkout. Stripe may use its own for security.

Purposes

We use information to produce and deliver orders, answer messages, prevent fraud, keep tax records and improve the site. It is not sold to anybody. This site does not ask about or record health information.

Sharing

• Stripe handles payment and keeps your card details away from us.
• Our print partner produces and dispatches items using your name and address.
• Delivery companies use your address to deliver.
• Public authorities receive data only where the law requires.

Retention

Sales records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting rules. Contact messages are deleted when no longer needed.

Ask us at sales@one-stop.com to see, amend or remove your personal details. This site is for a general audience and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
