Nothing here is made until you request it. That shapes how shipping and returns work.

Sending it to you

• Coverage: United States addresses only at present.
• Charge: set by your order and destination, and displayed at checkout.
• Lead time: usually 3 to 7 business days of making, followed by transit. Embroidery and the end-of-year season can be slower.
• Updates: a tracking e-mail follows dispatch, and parts of an order may travel separately.

If it is not right

Every piece is created for the person who ordered it. For that reason we cannot accept items back for fit or preference, so please read the size information first.

An item that is damaged, misprinted or incorrect is a different story. Within 30 days, e-mail sales@one-stop.com with the order number and a photo, and tell us whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. Neither will cost you anything.

Late changes

Work starts shortly after checkout. If something needs changing, reach out as soon as you can and we will try to stop it in time.

State tax

For Ohio deliveries, Ohio sales tax applies.
