Living in a Bipolar World
FAQ
The most common questions, starting with the one about our name. For anything else, contact us.
Why is the site called Living in a Bipolar World?
Because Earth has two poles. Scientists use the word bipolar for species and ice caps found at both ends of the planet, and that is the only meaning we intend.
Is this site about bipolar disorder?
No. We have no health information and do not joke about mental health. For reliable information, the US National Institute of Mental Health (nimh.nih.gov) and a doctor are good places to start. In the US, the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline takes calls and texts at any hour.
Does the site take political sides?
No. The only opposites we discuss are geographic, physical or about lunch.
How long will my order take?
Production is usually 3 to 7 business days, as each piece is made on request. Transit follows, and we e-mail tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
What is the shipping charge?
It varies with the order and the destination. Checkout displays the charge before you commit.
Is delivery available internationally?
Not right now, which we admit is awkward for a site about the whole planet. We deliver within the United States only.
How do returns work?
We make every item on request, so we cannot accept returns for fit or preference. For items that are damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact us inside 30 days and we will replace or refund them.
How is payment handled?
Stripe handles checkout, including major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details stay with Stripe.
